School is starting and breakfast plans need sharpening.

A new school year means quick breakfasts and out the door. Right? Many of my friends and family have been eating my homemade granola and requesting I share my recipe. This granola is terrific on its own with milk or a plant-powered milk like my favorites TJ unsweetened almond milk, or Oatly low-fat Oatmilk. It is an excellent crunchy topping for a bowl of oatmeal, overnight oats and chia seed pudding. It is also delicious sprinkled over greek yogurt and chopped fruit for a parfait type of breakfast. Cheers to a new school year! I also take granola in a jar to keep around for an afternoon snack. It takes the edge off of getting hangry on my way home from work. Add your name to my mailing list
