FOOD FUN

this is the blog

School is starting and breakfast plans need sharpening.

A new school year means quick breakfasts and out the door. Right? Many of my friends and family have been eating my homemade granola and requesting I share my recipe. This granola is terrific on its own with milk or a plant-powered milk like my favorites TJ unsweetened almond milk, or Oatly low-fat Oatmilk. It is an excellent crunchy topping for a bowl of oatmeal, overnight oats and chia seed pudding. It is also delicious sprinkled over greek yogurt and chopped fruit for a parfait type of breakfast. Cheers to a new school year! I also take granola in a jar to keep around for an afternoon snack. It takes the edge off of getting hangry on my way home from work. Add your name to my mailing list for new recipes. I will be sending recipes and ideas for making quick healthy meals for busy people and families.
