Changing the way we eat takes practice..like all new skills


In a nutrition counseling session clients can create eating plans and personalized goals for each week. Using my new telehealth model, clients can post photos of their food, message me directly, and have greater success with regular support to reach those goals. Weekly video chats, attend to areas of concern, challenges, new plans, and sharing of ideas for success.
